1. ORDER PROCESSING

Orders are prepared Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays. Orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will be processed on Monday. Each order is prepared within 48 working hours, except for Express Delivery orders which are prepared within 24 working hours, then handed over to the carrier for delivery to the address previously provided during order confirmation. No deliveries will be made to PO boxes or military addresses.

Perle des Senteurs ships Paris Private Collection Perfumes as well as PRADY Body Mists in Switzerland, France and Belgium and anti-perspiration patches worldwide.

Deliveries are ensured by an independent carrier, to the address mentioned by the Customer when ordering and to which the carrier can easily access.

2. DELIVERY TERMS

Delivery costs depend on (i) the weight and volume of the order and (ii) the type of delivery chosen.

The amount and delivery times are indicated when confirming the order.

Delivery is free from purchases of CHF 40.- in Switzerland and €40 on the European market.

2.1 Calculation of delivery time

Delivery time = Shipping + Transport 

Shipping = order preparation time

Transport = order delivery time

Perle des Senteurs undertakes to make every effort to deliver the Products quickly after confirmation of the order.

In any event, La Perle des Senteurs declines all responsibility for any loss or damage suffered by the Customer due to a delay or a case of force majeure during delivery.

In addition, Perle des Senteurs will inform the Customer of any delay as soon as possible. 

2.1 Delivery Difficulties

The Customer is required to indicate a correct and complete delivery address when ordering. It is his responsibility to verify the delivery address on each of the emails provided and immediately inform Perle des Senteurs of any error or omission via contact@perledessenteurs.ch. Perle des Senteurs reserves the right to charge any additional delivery costs applicable due to an error relating to the delivery address made by the Customer.

If delivery cannot be made to the address indicated for reasons unrelated to Perle des Senteurs, the carrier will inform the Customer as soon as possible by email and indicate a subsequent delivery date or deadline.

The Customer is required to check the condition of the delivered products. He has a period of seven days excluding public holidays from delivery to formulate in writing by electronic email any reservations or complaints for non-conformity or apparent defect of the Products delivered (for example damaged package already opened, etc.), with all relevant supporting documents (photos in particular). After this period and failing to have complied with these formalities, the Products will be deemed to be compliant and free from any apparent defect and no complaint can be validly accepted by Perle des Senteurs.

Perle des Senteurs will reimburse or replace as soon as possible and at its expense, the Products delivered whose lack of conformity or apparent or hidden defects have been duly proven by the Customer, under the conditions present in the General Terms and Conditions (see guarantees, in particular ).

2.2 Receipt of Products

Each delivery is deemed to have been made as soon as the products are made available by the carrier to the Customer or to a third party designated by him, materialized by the control system used by the carrier. No dispute relating to the delivery itself will be possible if the package appears to have been delivered, the carrier's computer system being taken as proof.
