How long does delivery take? 

It depends on the shipping method you choose:

For standard shipping:
Delivery takes between 3 and 5 working days.
Please allow up to 2 days to process your order and up to 3 additional business days to receive your order.

For express shipping:
Delivery takes between 1 and 2 working days. The parcel is sent the day following the day your parcel is deposited with the carrier, except on Saturday when the parcel is sent the following Monday.

Are international deliveries possible?

Yes, currently our deliveries are made to Switzerland and France. 

How to check the status of my order ?

Once you have placed your order, it may take up to 2 business days to process your order.
Your items are packaged and your order is shipped as quickly as possible.
We will notify you by email as soon as it is shipped.

Visit the “Track my order” page and enter your tracking number to follow it in real time.

Is your website secure with my personal information?

Your personal information is absolutely secure.
We use SSL security to ensure that all your personal information is encrypted. We do not store your credit card details and they are only used once when you complete your order.
Your card details are directly deleted. 

How do I place an order on the site?

Simply find the product(s) you want, add them to the cart and press the "Order" button.
Then simply fill out your shipping and billing information and we will send your order within the time frame corresponding to the chosen shipping method.

Do you offer a quality guarantee for all products sold?

Does the product have any adverse effects on the skin?

The list of all product ingredients is available in the description and on the packaging of each of them.
Remember to check whether the list of ingredients is suitable for your personal use before using any product.
